Noxery User Agreement

1. Parties and scope

In this agreement, Noxery means the AI API, dashboard, and support services offered through noxery.net. User means the individual or legal entity that registers for or accesses the services.

By checking the acceptance box and completing registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and will use the services in accordance with it.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping registration details accurate and current and for protecting your password, API keys, and session credentials. Do not share them with third parties.

Notify Noxery promptly through the support channels if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully, respect third-party rights, and follow this agreement. You may not:

• use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or harmful activity
• attempt unauthorized access, security scanning, malware delivery, spam, or traffic intended to disrupt the service
• evade quotas, rate limits, payments, verification, or account restrictions through multiple accounts, keys, or automation
• send personal, confidential, or copyrighted information without the necessary authority
• use model output alone as a definitive basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

4. API, models, and limits

Models, features, prices, quotas, rate limits, and availability may change. Requests may be queued, slowed, or limited to protect fair use, security, and service sustainability.

Noxery will reasonably work to reduce the impact of third-party model or infrastructure outages, delays, and errors, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. User content and model output

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the rights of other owners. We may process it as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, calculate quotas and billing, and provide support.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-original, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review output before relying on it.

6. Paid services

The scope, price, renewal, and usage conditions of paid plans are shown during checkout. Applicable mandatory consumer rights, including legally available refund or withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.

7. Personal data

Personal data processed during registration and service use is handled under the applicable privacy notices and KVKK information notice, including information about purposes, legal grounds, transfers, and data-subject rights. This agreement is not itself a privacy notice or consent form.

Consider carefully before sending passwords, API keys, payment details, sensitive data, or another person’s confidential information to the service.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

Access may be limited or terminated for security, abuse, payment, legal, or agreement-violation reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide a reason and a way to resolve the issue.

When this agreement changes, the new version and effective date will be published here. We may request renewed acceptance for material changes.

9. Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. You are responsible for your use, submitted content, and decisions based on model output. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
